As a proud member of the Ākina Impact Buyer Programme, Canon continually seeks opportunities to procure from the Ākina supplier directory of socially certified suppliers in New Zealand. By doing this, we look to create positive social and environmental outcomes through procurement.
Canon’s Oceania Grants Programme supports New Zealand businesses working towards positively impacting the environment, their communities and the education sector. This year, we received a record number of submissions from organisations doing great work. With $50,000 allocated as prizes, this was our most significant Grants program to date.
The Canon Oceania Grants Program supports individuals and organisations making a difference in their community. Over the last 17 years, we have supported more than 80 schools, not-for-profits and community groups with over $450,000 in monetary and product support.
