What type of data is saved on the SD memory card? (XC10)

This camcorder records HD clips and photos to SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards. Exif data and FUNC. Menu settings can be recorded onto the SD card as well.

HD Clips

The camcorder records 4K clips to CFast cards, and HD clips and photos to SD (), SDHC (), and SDXC () memory cards.

Photos

You can take a photo while recording a clip or while the camcorder is in record standby mode. You can also capture a photo from a clip during playback pause.

Exif Data

Data such as rotation orientation at the time of shooting can be added to the photo’s EXIF data.

FUNC. Menu

After you adjust settings in the menu and setup menus, you can save those settings on an SD card. You can load those settings at a later date or on another XC10 camcorder so that you can use that camcorder in that same exact way.
