Things to note when charging battery packs

Content Id: 8200841800

Solution

We recommend charging the battery pack in temperatures between 10℃ and 30℃(50 ℉ and 86 ℉). Outside the temperature range of 0℃to 40℃ (32 ℉ to 104 ℉), charging will not start.

If there is a malfunction with the compact power adapter or battery pack, the charge indicator will go out and charging will stop.

Even if a charged battery pack is left unused, power is gradually discharged. Therefore, if the battery pack has been left unused for a long time, charge it before usage.

Depending on the characteristics of the battery pack, the battery pack may not be sufficiently charged right after purchase or if left unused for a long time. Please completely exhaust the battery power after having fully recharged the battery pack, and repeat this process several times. The battery pack is then restored to its original performance.

Please make sure that foreign particles do not enter the battery pack, battery charger, and camcorder terminals as they may be the cause of poor contact, short circuits, and damage. In addition, please keep the battery pack, battery charger, and camcorder terminals clean at all times. If electrodes are soiled with human sebum, the battery pack may not be fully charged due to poor contact.
