The MAXIFY GX7160 MegaTank offers the functionality of print, scan, copy, and fax in a compact footprint. Equipped with all the upgraded features such as duplex scanning and two 250 sheet lower paper cassettes for extra paper holding capacity, the MAXIFY GX7160 MegaTank is the perfect printer for a busy small office.
The MAXIFY GX7160 MegaTank boasts printing yields of up to 6,000 black and up to 14,000 colour prints per set of ink bottles, reducing the need to think about replacing your printer's ink as frequently. Economy Mode helps you get even more from your MegaTank printer, achieving up to 9,000 black pages and up to 21,000 colour pages per set of ink bottles.¹
With MAXIFY GX7160 MegaTank, users can print, scan, copy, and connect via the Canon PRINT app and benefit from compatibility with existing software and technology platforms including Apple AirPrint® (iOS) or Mopria® (Android).
The MAXIFY GX7160 MegaTank is designed with a colour LCD touch screen which makes it easy to use functions and change settings directly from the printer. The printer provides the option for an administrator to restrict unneeded printer functions to prevent unauthorised use. Each user can configure the features available on the printer's LCD and sort icons in the order of usage frequency.
In addition to delivering high-quality documents, the MAXIFY GX7160 MegaTank offers compatibility with a wide range of media types and sizes. Create personalised letterheads, brochures, windowed envelopes, and banners up to 1.2m wide. Get creative with media finishes by making stickers with Canon Restickable Photo Paper and business cards with Canon Matte and Double-Sided Matte Paper just to name a few.

1 Print yields are calculated with international standard ISO/IEC 24711, which uses standard test prints designed to represent typical A4 documents, and testing in controlled conditions. Actual print yields will vary. Yields calculated with subsequent sets of ink, printing continuously. During initial printer setup, a certain amount of ink is used to fill the print head's nozzles and so the page yield of the initial bundled set of ink is lower than that of subsequent sets. Printing smaller print jobs will lower the print yield when compared with printing continuously.

• Page yield of ink bottle used for initial setup is lower than a replacement as a certain amount of ink is used to fill the print head during setup. Page yield is the estimated value based on Canon's individual test method using the ISO/IEC 24712 colour chart and continuous printing simulation with the replacement ink bottles after initial setup. Black and colour page yields are not to be combined. Page yield varies significantly depending on contents printed and other factors.
Note: Ink must be available in each ink-tank for all functions including copy, print, scan and fax. Some functions may not work unless an internet connection established.
